Some time back there was discussion about pricing of receivers and what helps keep the R75 at an affordable level. Large quantities keep the price down. I am interested to know what sort of quantities the R75 is produced in. I guess by checking serial numbers, I might be able to see the number of units moved. Mine is # 3240 bought in South Africa. Anyone else care to share their serial number and country. Do you think that there have only been 3240 units manufactured?
Icom ic-735 date of manufacture. Search engine use can often shed much light on decoding these date. I have a iCOM IC-735 HF transceiver, serial number. Can someone tell me the how to decipher the date on an Icom Serial Number that's on an IC-910H. The number is 02801. Thanks, Joe - N1VJJ.
